Mera Peak Climbing (6476m) -16 Days
Mera peak is a Mountai which lies in the Hinku valley with an altitude of 6476m (Mera North). Hidden insidethe Makalu Barun national park, Mera peak is the highest peak which can be climbed without previous climbing experience.It is classified as “Trekking peak” by the NMA, so it is considered to be climbed by anyone with a moderate climbing experience. Though there are several section that have to be overcome by using Rope, Ice axes, climbing boots, Crampons, Harness, Jumar etc.

Day 6: Trek to Kote.
Day 7: Trek to Thangna.
Day 8: Trek to Khare.
Day 9: Acclimatization day.
Day 10:Trek to High Camp.
Day 11: Climb to Mera summit.
Day 12: Return back to Khare.
Day 13: Trek to Kote.
Day 14: Trek to Chetre La.
Day 15: Trek back to Lukla.
Day 16: Flight to Kathmandu.
